What a terrible experience! If I could give zero stars I would! On the phone I inquired on pricing during the initial. I was told the techinician would let me know costs so that I could accept or decline the offer. Once the tech finally called me back I was told $29 so accepted. Once the tech arrive, the cost jumped to $149 (claiming "emergency fees") so here I am locked out of my car in the rain at 37° getting charged an exuberant amount of money and utterly being taken advantage of with my kids pretty much standing in the rain waiting with me. What choice did I have but to pay this outrageous fee. This company should really be ashamed of themselves!! Never use them!

I stumble here to this phone repair shop after coming from iverson mall phone repair shop across from the cookie shop where they messes my phone up trying to replace my screen and phone zone completely help me out. Phone zone informed me that the other guys used a cheap product instead of a high quality product that’s why I had issues with my device. I highly recommend phone zone repair.
